Where do you service?

Do You Offer A Warranty?
Yes. Permanent lights include a full 5-year warranty covering all components, defects, failures, and burnt-out lights — including all labour for repairs. No hidden conditions.
What Color Options Do You Offer?
We offer warm white, pure white, multi color, blue, green, red and candy cane (red/white). We can do any other color or combination of colors but we need advanced notice.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
Our Worry-Free Maintenance program covers everything. If a bulb is ever displaced or damaged, our team handles all repairs and upkeep — keeping your system perfect year-round at no extra cost.
What control do I have over the lights?
Full app control from your phone. Change colours, create custom patterns, and schedule scenes for any holiday or event — from anywhere, at any time.
Are the lights visible during the day?
No — that’s the point. Our system is precision-measured and colour-matched to your home’s exterior so the track remains discreet during the day while shining beautifully at night.
How does payment work?
Full payment is collected only after the lights are installed and you’re satisfied. No deposit required to book. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and credit card.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
No — you don’t need to be home. Our crew brings everything needed to complete the job. We’ll notify you when it’s done.
Who stores the lights?
For Christmas lights, most of our customers prefer that we store the lights for them (free of charge). If you would prefer to keep them that’s no problem as well – we will leave them for you on your porch after the takedown in January.
